Troubleshooting
Here are a few things you can try if you're having trouble with Buz.
Check you're on the right site
Make sure you're going to https://go.buzmanager.com. If you're not, remember to fix any shortcuts you use.
Restart your browser
Sometimes the simplest option is to just restart your browswer - hopefully that's Google Chrome. Just close it, then re-open it, and try again.
Log out and back in
In the top right-hand corner, you'll see a user icon. Click that, then select logout
Once you've logged out, log back in and see if it works.
Check your version
Right down the bottom of your screen, check what version you are on. e.g. as I write this, we are on v4.0.318
That's the correct version today, but of course it'll change. Take a look at what version someone else is on who isn't having issues, and make sure you're on the same version as them.
Clear cookies and cache
Press the three vertical dots at the top right-hand corner of the Google Chrome window
Click Settings, scroll to the bottom and click advanced, then scroll down to the Privacy and Security section. At the bottom of that section you'll see 'Clear Browsing Data'
Click 'Clear Browsing Data', ensure you're on the Basic tab, that everything is ticked, and you've select time range 'All time'
Click 'Clear Data'. Phew! Now try again.
Otherwise
If you've tried all the above, congratulations, that was a lot of steps! I'm sad you're still having trouble though. The best thing to do now is send an email to it@watsonblinds.com.au. Include as much detail as you can about the problem. Screenshots. Videos if you're able. The fastest way to solve your problem is by knowing exactly what's happening, so the more info you can give us, the better.
